Welcome to Verso. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Verso API and website provided by Studio Catapulte ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Verso provides a payroll infrastructure API that allows platforms to embed payroll features. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our API and documentation solely for the purpose of developing and testing your integration or using the service as a customer.

2. Account and Security

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or national law.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

The service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of Studio Catapulte and its licensors. The "Verso" name and logo are trademarks of Studio Catapulte.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Studio Catapulte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
